These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

Can I have my goods delivered off shore? Previous mattress filling spout failed.
New mattress was delivered very promptly.
The stabilisation level is very comfortable. It took us a few days to get the water level to suit us, following the recommendations was overfull for us so it felt like we were ‘on’ it rather than ‘in’ it.
The vinyl feels marginally thinner, possibly a benefit as it is more flexible. The failure mode on the original mattress had nothing to do with the main skin, it was the filling spout and the stress of pulling it out. In that respect the two mattresses are the same. I see no reason why this mattress shouldn’t last just as long as my old one.
A general observation. We first had a hard sided bed, before switching to softsided. Initially softsided was a disappointment, and as an engineer I realised it was due to the taughtness of the zip-on mattress cover and the sheets causing it to behave like a hammock. We ditched the cover, put on a loose memory foam mattress topper and stretch sheets. Bliss again.
