On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. Can I have my goods delivered off shore? Bought the HT3 to replace a very old queen water mattress. As we sometimes disagree about the mattress temperature tempted by twin but did not want to be able to feel any gap between the two. The reaction of the helpful man on the telephone reassured me that there would not be a problem. He was right we don’t even know it is not one mattress but having separate temperatures is also such an improvement. We are now old but found it easy to install and having the two mattresses seems to make changing the bed slightly easier. Delighted with our purchase and the exceptional service we received.
