Customers wishing to place an order from outside the UK and Northern Ireland.

Please either phone our sales office with your order and payment details on 00441772 301922.

Or email your order along with any sizes and stability’s if applicable to info@aquaglowwaterbeds.co.uk. Please include your full name and address plus items you would like to purchase. Then call the sales office to make your payment(DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT DETAILS IN YOUR EMAIL).

Please note we don’t ship outside the UK and N.i. Any person wishing to placed an order from outside this area will arrange collection from us by a reputable carrier themselves. We will give you the box size over the phone for your freight carrier.

If you need a freight carriers/brokers phone number, we can provide them. Please email info@aquaglowwaterbeds.co.uk or phone us for details on 00441772 301922.  You simply need to give them a call and relay the box sizes that we give you to the Freight carrier.

Once you have place your order, then organize the collection from us. Please advise us when your freight carrier is going to collect your goods.
