These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. Can I have my goods delivered off shore? Purchased super king size mattress to replace our old that was leaking. Services was second to none, very helpful over the phone when I wanted to check some details, arrived well packaged and very quickly. Installation was easy, as I purchased pump at same time to empty old one. Only issue I had was the very strong smell which I hadn’t had with any of our other mattresses, but I called up and they suggested that I might have used too much hot water which is not recommended, but I needed to sleep on it that night and if you’ve ever tried sleeping on a cold water bed, it’s pretty miserable, any smell went away after about a week, I left the covers back daily and it was bearable, if I left covers on it the smell was worse when you pulled duvet back at night. None of this was the companies fault, I was extremely happy with the service and product and shall most certainly use them again in the future.
