We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

This item has transformed the waterbed. Although the mattress had to be completely emptied to fit it, it was worthwhile as changing the bedding is now a simple task. The zipped cover keeps the shape of the bed as it was intended to be.

I brought this as a replacement to our old one put on an was ok washed top zip cover as per instructions an it’s not no good I will not buy again an aqua glow waterbed company was NOT very helpful I followed all the instructions as I did with previous one I had the zip is not of gd quality plastic I’m sure it’s different from my old one as I never had any problems with that one the new one states same instructions as old one but I would say it’s not ok to tumble on low heat at all if you follow that instruction you will end up out of pocket an with no zip cover I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled with aqua-glow An nothing was done about this issue an the reason being no one else has complained about the item very unprofessional behaviour

I bought my mattress from aquaglow a few months back but my foam shoulders were about 15yrs old so decided to update my shoulders and zip top casing, once again I am highly delighted. very easy to put in place following instructions. what a difference it has made, felt great to get into a new top half, amazing quality all round, highly delighted, thanks and well done aquaglow team. the rating good should be excellent.
