THE MATTRESS WAS ORDERED ON 8/12/14 AND IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY UNFORTUNATLEY THE HEATER WAS NOT IN THE BOX WE RANG AQUAGLOW 4 DAYS LATER AS THE MATTRESS WAS FOR OUR HOLIDAY HOME AND THEY SENT A HEATER TO US WITH NO PROBLEM I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMEND AQUAGLOW.
