We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.
If you require delivery on Saturday please phone for the best price.
On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

we have had this bed for over 20 years now and I love it,tony is very helpful and when the mattress leaked at the seam he got me another within a week so its not just sales the after care is excellent cant fault them and have recommended aquaglow to several people

we have had this bed for 7 years now. my husband has scholiosis and couldnt sleep properly on a normal bed so after great discussion with the team at aquaglow we bought this one..
over the years it has served us well and we have just upgraded the mattress to a twin one. the frame has been taken down and moved five times with no problems at all its really easy although time consuming but well worth it.
The staff at aquaglow are tremendous. You cant fault them for their helpful friendly manner and ease over the telephone. Theres no hard sell or presure to buy just good old honest advice.
The beds are obviously made to last and i wouldnt shop anywhere else.
So overall if you want to buy a bed from a trusted company that give years of experience and great advice look no further. You may save a few pounds somewhere else (but i doubt that)but to get the right bed for you knowing the company will be around in years to come and offer the best service look no further

Have had this bed for 6 years. My husband has a bad back from breaking it years ago and has fused vertebtae. He has tried a tempur mattress and just about everything else going. We bought this bed for our eldest daughter as her friend had one and she asked for one for Christmas as her only present. My husband started sleeping in it when she would stay over a friends and since she has moved out he has moved into her old room and now sleeps in the bed every night. He takes fewer pain killers and his sleep quality has improved drastically making him much nicer to live with! He would spend the whole night tossing and turning on our memory foam mattress trying to get comfortable but he sleeps like a baby most nights on the waterbed. I can’t recommend the bed or the company highly enough. We get a reminder each year to top up the water conditioner which cost £13 this year and takes seconds to add and that’s all we do to it. Couldnt be more pleased with it.

Hi, I have prolapsed disks.. Once you get people over the ‘they’re all squishy’ preconceptions, they’ll realise just how comfortable waterbeds are. Get a non- wave one and relax! AND….much cheaper than an equivalent size ‘sprung’ bed

Quality of this bed is outstanding (I had one before that lasted over 20 years before I sold it when I moved – couldn`t wait to get another after using a memory foam matteress for 5 years). Easy to assemble

I bought this style bed over 10 years ago and have replaced the mattress once due to accidental damage (no fault of the product).
This is without doubt the best bed I have ever had. Even over 10 years later it’s great and I am still sleeping soundly each night.
