We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

I visited aquaglow waterbeds 3 weeks ago (2hrs drive each way) with my elderly parents who have owned a waterbed for 30 years frame bought locally (shop now closed) but upgraded mattress from aquaglow about 12 years ago. They wanted a higher bed with firmer mattress now they are older as struggling with low bed. We weren’t disappointed, a choice of mattresses to try and bed frames to see. Knowledgeable staff who really can’t do enough for you. Ordered a king size Aquapro waterbed with 12 drawers when we got home after parents discussed on way home. Bed delivered Saturday 6th June, drawers ready made up for them and lots of help / advice re building frame etc. Thank you so much, bed was up by teatime and being used following night, they absolutely love it.
