This is why the temperature in Carbon Heater® heating systems can be individually adjusted to the users needs at any time. The “IQ Carbon” control has a temperature range from 24 ˚C to 36 ˚C and can be adjusted in 0.1 ˚C increments. The “Prestige” and “Classic” analogue controls have a temperature adjustment range from 25 ˚C to 35 ˚C and can be adjusted in 0.33 ˚C increments.
Why are the temperature steps so small? Think of summer, with a cozy 25 ˚C in the shade. Half an extra degree will make it seem too warm to you. The fine steps in the setting therefore ensure the perfect feel-good temperature.

bougt my waterbed from aquaglow 16 years ago – recently had to replace the heater – not bad for 16 years continuous service – no maintenance. new one arrived within days. service very good. would recommend water beds and this complany in particular to anyone buying a new bed. warm in winter. a little cooler in summer – prevents those nights sweats so many people complain of – whether caused by the weather or the ‘time of life’ for ladies of a certain age. And if that isnt enough – its great for asthma and allergy sufferers – dustmites cant live in this mattress. I havent woken up the the morning with red eyes and the snots since sleeping on a water bed.
Bought my 14 year old son one when we moved house 4 years ago – to prevent him from laying claim to mine!!

Have had a water bed for over 20 years, and bought my 1st one in New Zealand while visiting friends. Had to replace a heater mat on on of the water beds, so shopped around and came across Aquaglow. Placed an online order for this item, the company was very quick at dispatching said item. Was surprised how thin the heating surface has become, compared to my old mat, and was a little skeptical if it would work! It has now been a month, and I can say it works well in a single size water bed.

Received the heater within day of ordering, Only trouble was I had to empty the bed to fit and install said heater, and wait about four days for it the reach the required temperature, but I knew all this before I even ordered the heater, but since then no problems works just fine.

The new heater is very well made and performs well. Two minor criticisms would be that it would be better if the power leads could be unplugged from the heater pads to assist in cable routing and installation, and also that the control thermostat was a little smaller. This is white and quite large and obtrusive whereas a smaller unit (such as my old faulty one) was a lot smaller, black and almost invisible.

I always buy my waterbed products from Aquaglow and have never been disapointed. This heater is no exception. Had to drain my mattress to take out the old one and put in the new one. It’s very thin so you will need some sticky tape to hold it in place while you put back your drained matress.
Our old heater had a digtal display but this one hasn’t so was a little unsure wether to go for this one or not but the price was really competitive so went for it. We’ve had no problem at all with the heater control. You set it to the temperature you want and off it goes, automatically turning on and off to keep the water at your chosen temperature. The indicator light is a little bright and glows up a fair amount in the room but I’ve turned ours around so it doesn’t light up the wall.
If you’re after a heater that simply works, you’ll find this one is perfect for your needs.
