We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

Bought dual mattressses for our original soft sided waterbed. Unfortunately we calculated the measurements wrong so the mattresses didn’t fit right but we rang and explained the situation and we were given great advice of how to adapt our bed. Five star customer service, bought a deluxe twin st 4500, very good price,fitted it my self no problem, a quick tip, dont buy the small water pump go for the bigger one takes less time and unlike me give plenty of time for the water to heat up, no joke going to bed in long johns, thermal vest and socks. overall nice cheap price and good quality.
