If you are in urgent need for any Waterbed replacement parts/spares then we are the right company to come to. We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.
If you require delivery on Saturday please phone for the best price.
On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

Speedy delivery but the mattress cover did not fit the bed being several centimetres short on both the length and width. We complained about this too late, but my advice is check the size very carefully when delivered as it is a struggle to fit it and bunches up the mattress.

Third water bed ordered and arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the full and detailed instructions included with the bed. As an “old hand” (well it is my third and the first bed was emptied and refilled at least 5 times….) it was actually really useful to see the online video and to follow the instructions. And it seems that I have been underfilling my bed for the last 39 years (yes, that’s 19 years and 20 years per bed) and am very pleased with my new depth (21.5″ to be precise against the manufacturer’s recommendation of 20″ – 23″)! So you can teach an old dog new tricks! My first bed (that’s the one emptied and filled at least 5 times) died at 19 years but the second one, having reached it’s 20 years anniversary (exactly, to the day!) I decided to replace (just in case).

This is the third mattress I’ve had from Aquaglow over the years, and their service has always been exceptional. A great company to deal with.
Our old mattress was nearing its 15 year anniversary, and a small corner leak that I’d previously repaired had started oozing a little again. Although I tried repairing the patch again, corner leaks are tricky to repair so I decided it was better to replace the mattress, despite it being the week before Christmas.
The usual next-day service from Aquaglow meant that we had the mattress in good time, although I then discovered that I’d need to replace the heater as well, so it was a few days after Christmas before that arrived and we finally got back in the waterbed.
