On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? Firstly I wish to thank the team for getting me a replacement matress out in under 24 hrs. I had a heavy leak spotted on the Sunday night, phoned my order for a replacement mattress in on the Monday morning and spent Tuesday fitting the new mattress. After two nights ‘roughing it’ I had a serious night’s sleep last night. The ST4500L seems to be even better than my older type T3 mattress in terms of comfort and that’s saying something.
Thanks again for the brilliant service and very quick turnaround, important for me as I have severe spinal issues and Rheumatoid Disease.
