We send Mattresses, Heaters, Sheets, Bedding, Draining pumps, Cleaners, Conditioners, Repair Kits, Soft Side Foam Shoulders, Safety liners, Bed-Steads, and any other accessories on the website out the working day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 3pm. If they are ordered on Weekends or Bank Holidays they are sent to you the next working day. This makes our delivery fast so you are not left in need.
When you have picked out your goodies from our web-site, you will be guided through to the check-out where you will be able to choose if you would like your goodies sent to your home address or your work address. Its nice to have the choice if you, like many people are not able to arrange time off work. Simply enter your work address details into the delivery address section. It’s that easy!
On L-A-R-G-E waterbed accessory orders (eg. Mattresses and Mattress kits) the parcel delivery cost is included to most of the U.K., this includes ALL of England, ALL of Wales and most of Scotland. These goods will be brought to you by Parcel Force/UPS/DHL/DPD or TNT depending on where you live. All these goods leave us on a 24 hour next working day delivery, unless you request something else.

On smaller parcels there will sometimes be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the shopping cart with no obligation to buy, then click on view cart at the top of the page then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the postage. All these goods leave by Royal Mail. If you require your items super fast or on a specific day, please call us on 01772 301922.
Can I have my goods delivered off shore? There will be a small postage cost which you can check if you add the goods to the cart with no obligation to buy, then click on the Shopping Cart (top right of page) then click View Cart, then simply enter your post code and it will tell you the cost of your goods and postage. Sometimes depending on the number of items, there might be no postage to pay.

We previously had a rigid frame waterbed for approx 30 years which needed a good technique to get in and out of.
This soft sided one is so comfortable and no problem at all to get in and out.

After many years with a hard side waterbed, we were in need of a new bed and decided to replace it with another waterbed.
Waterbeds are not as widely available as they were two to three decades ago, making it challenging to find a manufacturer or supplier.
We opted for Aquaglow and chose to visit their showroom instead of ordering online, which turned out to be a good decision.
We had the opportunity to see several models already assembled and filled, ultimately selecting the Aqua Pro bed with a six-drawer wooden base, measuring 5′ x 6’6″ (King). This size is slightly smaller than our previous bed, allowing for more space in the room without compromising comfort.
Our old bed measured 5′ x 7′, and that was just the mattress size; the frame added an extra 3″ on each side. The Aqua Pro softside bed dimensions include the foam ‘frame’. We also chose 50% damping, whereas our previous mattress had no damping whatsoever.
The bed was delivered by Adam himself about a week earlier than anticipated. He explained all the components of the base, and the assembly instructions were clear and well-marked.
We first had to drain the old bed using gravity syphon and strip it down, so we thought the entire process would take a few days. By the time we began, a few days had passed, and the clear instructions were somewhat forgotten.
Once we started assembling the base, we found the markings on the components made it straightforward and quick to put together. We ensured it was square to allow the drawers to operate smoothly. After securing the foam frame, placing the liner, and positioning the mattress, we filled it up.
The mattress cover is of excellent quality, and it’s worth investing in rather than opting for cheaper alternatives.
We had everything needed in the package (aside from tools) to construct and fill the bed.
It is incredibly comfortable and much easier to get out of compared to a hardside bed. This is particularly beneficial for me, as I have a back issue, and using a hardside bed would have been very painful.

After 28yrs of using a hardsided waterbed we decided to have a change to a softsided waterebed. After searching the internet for a good quality softsided waterbed at a good affordable price we found Aquaglow. We found a waterbed to suit our needs with 6 drawers and with the options given we purchased the unit we wanted.
The delivery time was good and the bed was delivered punctualy. Contact with the salesman was extremely excellent and he kept us up to date with everything.
I assembled the bed easily following all the videos on the website which were extremely helpful. All in all I would recommend this company if asked.
Ps my wife loves the drawers now she has more space to store things. LOL.
