Waterbed Terms and Conditions

We want you to be pleased with our products, service and prices.

COLOURS AND WOOD STAINS
Colours and wood stains are consistent and are intended as a guide.

UPHOLSTERED BEDS

Where vinyl is used our vinyl's are tough, durable and long lasting. It is also waterproof and easy to clean. The range complies with all relevant British and European Standards for domestic purposes.

DELIVERY
We accept and deliver orders within the U.K.

Included in the service, Complete beds will be delivered, fitted and filled by Aquaglow's own fitters anywhere mainland U.K..

Mail order, All small items generally up to 2 kg will be delivered by the Post Office and heavier items by Parcelforce.

Goods will be sent to the credit/debit cardholders address as registered and required by the card issuer.

Goods not reported as not received 28 days from despatch will be deemed as received.

Good not reported as damaged within 3 days from receipt will be deemed as undamaged upon receipt.

DISPATCH
Everything except complete beds, we aim to despatch within 24 hours.

Complete Beds currently have a lead time of 3 weeks from date of deposit.

FAULTY GOODS

In this extremely rare occurance, after inspection of the goods, Aquaglow will repair or replace or refund.

We will reimburse our customers reasonable and fair Postage costs for faulty goods.

We ask that you return the goods prepaid with an accompanying note including your name and address and the nature and location of the fault.


GOODS RETURNED BUT NOT RECEIVED BY AQUAGLOW.

Aquaglow cannot accept responsibility for goods returned but not received by us.

GUARANTEE.

Manufacturers fault on the Mattress (seams leaks):- 5 years (whether fitted by Aquaglow Waterbeds or the purchaser. Manufacturers fault on the Heater and Thermostat when fitted by Aquaglow Waterbeds for customer (eg. when ordering a waterbed):- Five years

Manufacturers fault on the Heater and Thermostat when fitted by the customer:- Two years.

Manufacturers fault on everything else:- One year (except consumables eg. water conditioner, vinyl cleaner, repair kit).

INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED

Aquaglow cannot accept responsibility for goods sent to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by our customers.

ORDERED IN ERROR

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct items. Ordered in error items can be returned, After the items have passed inspection Aquaglow will reimburse the customer for the goods received at Aquaglow, by the method of payment paid, or a cheque.

Appropriate postage and packing must be paid by the customer and is not refundable by Aquaglow. Goods must be returned unopened, and unused, undamaged, fit for resale, with all documentation.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Please notify us first by telephone (01772 452462), and confirmed in writing within 28 days of placing the order.

PAYMENT

We accept all major Debit or Credit cards registered in the U.K., Postal Orders and Post Office Transcash.

It is agreed that all Debit or Credit cards used are registered to the card holders address in the U.K..

If you wish to pay by Banker or Building Society cheque or Postal Order please make payable to “Aquaglow”.

If you wish to pay at a Post Office by cash (Transcash), please phone 01772 452462.

POSTAL and FREIGHT Costs

At present, delivery, fitting and filling is free for all complete waterbeds on Mainland U.K.

For small mail order accessories and replacement parts Under 2kg, all postal/freight costs on our site are for Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland and anywhere Mainland U.K.

For Larger mail order accessories and replacement parts Over 2kg, all postal/freight costs on our site are for Mainland U.K.

Off shore and Northern Ireland customers:- We gladly supply to Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland but will attract an "at cost" surcharge (usually double and beyond our control) for package's sent by Parcelforce. If you would like to know the Parcelforce charge first, please phone (01772 452462).

PRICES

All prices include 17.5% VAT.

RETURNS/UNWANTED ACCESSORIES

After passing inspection of returned and unwanted accessories Aquaglow will reimburse the customer for the goods received, by the method of payment paid, or a cheque.

Appropriate postage and packing must be paid by the customer and is not refundable. Goods must be returned unopened, and unused, undamaged, fit for resale, with all documentation.

SHORTAGES in the order

Shortages/Missing items must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt.

All sizes are intend as a guide and are approximate.
